The EDHCFM is open the first Thursday in June and continues each Thursday through late September. 6th Annual Lake Tahoe Festival of Fine Arts
An outdoor, juried, fine arts show with artists participating from various genres including jewelry, print making, leather, metalwork, drawings, ceramics, fiber art, glass, wearable art, watercolor, oil, acrylic & pastel paintings, photography, mixed media woodwork, sculpture and more. This is not a craft fair and all fine artists are encouraged to apply. Booth spaces are limited to 100. All proceeds go towards art programs in the schools and community. Twilight Dance
The Community Center will host it's first dance. Big Band music will be the theme and musical requests are welcome. A "no-host" bar with wine and beer is also available. The Dogwood Garden Club will be selling raffle tickets for a "Romance Basket" (over $100 value). The drawing will be held during the final hour of the 8/12 Twilight Dance. Proceeds go to the Dogwood Garden Club in support of local charities.
