This musical show is set in a radio station and features classic 1940’s
musical numbers as well as traditional Christmas numbers and is appropriate
for all family members. Join us for this delightfully entertaining season.
Show times vary. All performances will be held at the Veteran’s
Memorial Building located at 130 Placerville Dr. in Placerville. Tickets
are $15 general admission and $12 for students and seniors. All Thursday
performances are $12. Groups of 10 or more are $10 ea. For more information

Annual Christmas Parade
Sunday, December
7, 2003 at 1:00 pm
As always, the parade
will take place rain or shine. The parade begins at the Mountain Democrat
parking lot and winds it’s way down Broadway, Main Street, past
the Bell Tower and ends at Sacrament St. The community joins together
for the festive event put on by Goodyear McIntires & Tubes. This year’s
theme is A Carousel Christmas. Bring your camera or to be in the parade

Historic Country Inn Holiday Tour

and Sunday, December 6 & 7, 2003
Tour 10 inns decked our in seasonal finery. Meet the Innkeepers and
enjoy specialties and refreshments. Tickets are good for both Saturday
and Sunday from 1:00 to 5:00 pm. This is a self-guided tour and tickets

Old
Fashioned Christmas Craft Faire
December 13, 2003
The 8th annual Christmas Craft Faire is held at the Church
of the Foothills. Lots of nice Christmas gifts and goodies.
Hours are from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Santa will be making
an appearance in the afternoon. Location is 2830 Merrychase Drive,

Christmas in
Coloma

December 14,
2003
An old
fashioned Christmas is celebrated in Coloma each year with demonstrations,
carriage rides, period crafts, music, strolling musicians, 19th
century Christmas programs and plays in the museum. Marshall Gold Discovery
State Historic Park, 8 miles north of Highway 50 on Highway 49. 10:00
am to 4:00 pm and free to the public. A parking fee may apply. For information
