Coming in October
For the Vigorous
Pack Those Llamas. There's a full day of llama-packing instruction
on October 5, given by Rudy Stauffer of Crystal Springs Llamas.
The clinic is limited to a small group and allows for "hands

llama to pack. Equipment for basic to "deluxe" trekking
is on display.
If you are interested in hiking, but don't like
carrying a heavy backpack, llamas are the perfect solution. These
sturdy pack animals leave minimal trace on trails. Unlike horses,
no additional food needs to be packed for the animals.

lunch, beverages, Llama Packing with Rudy booklet, Mt. Lehman Llama's
Poisonous Plant booklet and enough information to get you started
or to enhance your current packing knowledge. Email ruedillama@directcon.net
for reservations, or call 530-642-1120. For further information,
visit www.llamapacking.com.
